Booking Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply between Nadir Hvaler Fjordcruise AS and the person who or himself or through another makes an agreement with Nadir Hvaler Fjordcruise AS as stated in the confirmation to the guest.
The agreement applies to Nadir Hvaler Fjordcruise AS arranged trip or package.

Agreement
As organizer, Nadir Hvalerfjordcruise is responsible to the guest for what he has to claim as a result of the agreement / confirmation. Information in catalogs, website and brochures is binding for Nadir Hvaler Fjordcrusie
These may be changed by Nadir Hvaler Fjord Cruise before an agreement is made with the guest or in clear communication with the guest.
Nadir Hvaler Fjord Cruise reserves itself for any correction or printing errors. Nadir Hvaler Fjord Cruise also reserves itself for inclement weather or unforeseen repairs on boats.
On these occasions other types of tours will be offered if possible.
As an organizer, Nadir Hvaler Fjordcruise is obliged to have guests receive:
Written confirmation of their booking, which is done via email
That payment information has been made
That date and time are stated on confirmation.
Reservations are made via the web up to and including the stop time entered on each individual archipelago tour.
Currency
Prices are stated in NOK unless otherwise stated. Some payment methods require a currency other than the default currency. In these cases, amounts in this other currency are presented when choosing a payment method.
Payment
Takes place with card payment or flip-flop at time of booking.
When paying, you will only be charged for what is described in each individual archipelago tour.
Charges are made directly upon payment.
Any drink will be added at all prices.
No booking is registered unless full payment has been made and confirmation has been sent to the guest via email.
Cancellation
Any cancellation is done via the web on the same page as the booking was made. Confirmation of cancellation is sent to the guest via email. Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the advertised departure and will not be charged. If canceled later, 100 percent will be charged. Money is refunded on the same card number that the guest paid the trip with at the time of booking.
Obligations of the guest
To book / enter into an agreement with Nadir Hvaler Fjord Cruise, the guest must be 18 years of age or in the companion's company.
The guest is responsible for observing the necessary formalities for the execution of the trip.
Nadir Hvaler Fjordcruise has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the guest or anyone in the guest's company is disturbed and / or commits damage on board or at another place rented by the guest in connection with package purchases.
In the event of an immediate termination of the contract due to the above reasons, Nadir Hvaler Fjordcruise charges the guest a cost charge corresponding to the damage, however at least SEK 2000.
Privacy Act
Nadir Hvaler Fjord Cruise is not entitled to disclose personal data to any party other than any authorities or insurance companies in the event of an accident. This is to fulfill insurance conditions in case of any damage.
Nadir Hvaler Fjord Cruise is entitled to use this information in travel-related marketing.
Pets
Due to allergies it is not allowed to bring pets in the salon on board. They must stay on the front or aft deck. In the event of a land ascent during the tour, the guest is responsible for the use of leash.
Any dispute
The guest should contact Nadir Hvaler Fjord Cruise in case of any complaints. If the parties do not agree in negotiation, the guest can contact the General Consumer Council or the Norwegian court.
Force majeure
Both parties have the right to rescind the agreement if the arrangement cannot be provided because of acts of war, natural disasters, labor market conflict, prolonged interruptions in water or energy supply, fire or other similar events, which neither party can anticipate or influence.
